SHIPPING
Due to the handmade nature of our artisan chocolate, depending on your order we may require up to 7-10 working days to process and dispatch your order.
REFUND
You will have up to 2 hours to cancel your order after purchasing, provided you have not received a dispatch confirmation email. If your item(s) have been dispatched, in order to receive a refund it is your responsibility for return shipping costs of the item(s) and ensure they return to us in original condition; intact and sealed.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order and would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via , and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any orders that are damaged or lost whilst in transit or after being delivered, or where delivery has been delayed by the courier.
